Beginning February 1, 2026, we are transitioning to a required Continuity Care Program for all currently existing patients to continue providing services which support many insurance plans (including Medicare) do not cover.

All covered medical services will continue to be billed to your insurance as they are now, and you will remain responsible for any applicable co-pays or deductibles. Annual Membership fees are non-refundable.
